Terms and Conditions


By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order pricing.



 We use our best endeavors to try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. If errors may occur, we reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.



Most orders are processed same day or at least within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days and holidays). *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. 



Free shipping is only qualified for US Domestic orders with no minimum order size. Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories may incur a small surcharge. We generally use USPS for free shipping as that is most often the most economical. If you prefer something else, you will have to select that other option at checkout but that will not qualify for the free shipping option. Free Shipping includes tracking information but does not include signature required requests. Expedited shipping is available for a fee via USPS Express Mail.



If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. For example, 1) Item(s) not available 2) Difficulty in processing payment information 3) Cannot ship to address provided 4) A duplicate order was placed. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please contact NewG Lab Pharma Inc. via email. Credit cards are charged as your order is being processed. Order cancellations will not show a charge if paid for by credit card.



Dietary supplements are perishable so will be best if used before a certain date. Most often products will have a stamped expiration date or more rarely a date of manufacture. We support the inclusion of the date stamped on the bottle as it does give you an idea of how old the product is as it helps us identify the products that should be sold first.



 We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays in transit, seized packages, etc. International shipping of dietary supplements does have some limitations due to different legal definitions of what is a supplement and what is a controlled substance depending on countries. When ordering goods for delivery outside of the US, you are responsible for ensuring that you are complying with the laws of the importing country and will pay all applicable, customs duties, taxes and import charges. If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will be credited with subtracting a 20% restocking fee and any extra shipping costs incurred by NewG Lab Pharma Inc. after the package is returned to us in a saleable condition.



 Our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction with your purchase. For US domestic orders, if you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund excluding delivery and postage costs. Before returning package you need to contact us via email or phone to confirm Return Authorization. Please see the International orders section for international customers.
